CALL CENTER TECHNOLOGY

I am a Lan Administrator in a small call center. I’ve been here 3 months and feel like a step child. The Telecom side is the heart of the center because of the phones and phone switch (ACD), the lan side of the business is hardly discussed or certification is hardly discussed. Are there any Lan Admins or Tech’s that are in a Call Center environment that feel this way or is it just me?
