cannot update office 2000 with 2000 SR-1 patch

I tried to update word, using (o2ksr1a.exe) for office 2000 SR-1 patch for office

now that i’v updated to MS 2000 pro,but but it refuses to update still get errors,my word app keeps crashing,refusing to ?print? pdfs when use adobe distiller ?
