I contacted Canon Canadian side to find out WHY the Status Monitor will not initiate.They say issue with windows.It worked fine for 2 months.Now I can’t print.I can fax.They walked me through the set again and still the software will not take effect.i thought a PORTchange would help but did not do trick.The Status Monitor says 8/1/2000 Release 320a 75P1U-01?I am about ready to throw this printer out of the window.Lou
