Can’t access 2nd HD on Win98 and wrong f

I can’t access my 2nd IDE HD on my 486/66mz Gateway. Also, the floppy drive, instead of 3.5 (1.44 type) it was 5 1/4 type. But, on Safe Mode,I can access the 2nd IDE drive and the floppy is still in 5 1/4 type.

Pls. help!
