can’t configure HDD in 486

I have a 1.2G IDE HDD in a 486 box w/c used to work w/ win95 installed.
I removed the drive but when I put it back the system can no longer detect it.
I tried to configure the bios (PhoenixBIOS E486 Version 1.00.07.S0) but the size column displays***.

Cyl Hd Pre LZ Sec Size
2046 16 0 2014 63 ***

I’ve tried looking for info from phoenix website but got nothing.
How do I set it up to recognize the 1.2G HDD again?
