can’t find a driver

i have a compaq deskpro xe.need a driver for the “cd-rom drive 16bit i/f card”,i think.trying to load win95 but it says that no drivers found for the cd-rom.it is a mitsumi double spin.the card has a mitsumi chip marked cr623803.the cd-rom is plugged into itthe card.can anyone help with the resolve.
