Can’t get into high security web site

I have online banking and can access my bank’s web site on 2 other computers, but not my home system. The 2 other computers are running Win98 and Windows ME. All computers are using Internet Explorer 5.5 with add on tools. My system is not loading the whole page and simply says “Error on Page” when I enter my ID and password then click on Enter to get to the next page. Everything looks like a Java script error. I have set all the Advanced brower settings to the same settings as the other machines and have completely re-installed I.E. 5.5. Any help would be appreciated. The new system is running Windows ME.
