Can’t network!

I have IPX/SPX, NetBEUI & TCP/IP protocols installed on three PCs. 2 can see each other, the third one can only see itself. The workgroup name is fine and the network card is brand new. I used the win98 network troubleshooting guide which didn’t help.

Any suggestions on what to look for?
