CAT 5 RJ-45 jack termination

I found the CAT-5 Cable Creation Guide very useful. How should I terminate a CAT-5 cable inside an RJ-45 jack? The jack is labeled inside as 1-BL,2-OR,3-BK,4-RD,5-GR,6-YL,7-BR,8-WH. And then, how do I terminate the other end of the cable in the RJ-45 connector in order to plug it into my Ethernet hub?
