CD ROM DRIVE

I have place a new motherboard in my computer, but can’t access my cd rom drive. I click on my computer and I don’t see the drive. I see the A drive and C. I go to the device manager and I see an exclamation mark on the secondary drive and the details says this device is either not present, not working properly or no drivers installed. I made sure all the connection are corrected. Help please. I’ve deleted it to reinstalled but it came back up again.
