CDROM Technology

Does anyone know of any availAble guidelines which outline the steps one should go through to a QA/QC on an Interactive CDROM. The focus of the analysis should be on “Functional Features”, and “Usability” (simulation of a user’s experience). Thank-you for taking the time away from your schedule to consider this question.
