CDRW wont eject after running a while

Hi, Running win 98. This has happened to me with two different cdrw. One a 16x10x40 Teac and the other Acer 8x4x32. The problem is this , the cdrw wont eject the disk after using it. the system needs a reboot in order to eject the disk. Has anyone run into this and if so what is the cure. The Teac system runs on a Pentium II 300 with 96 MB Ram and 10GB HDD. The Acer is runs onn a Celeron 400 96MB RAM 6GB HDD.
