chafis intrusion

here i go again… a friend called up they have an error code! only info i got was,CHAFIS error code DMI event recieved end of codes….. friend also said pop3 mail server not responding they can recieve mail but cannot send .. Is this something about a worm in their E MAIL ???? thought I would ask for them ….I sent them dowm the scanreg trail 1st to settle any conflicts…. call me a tightwad with points asam new to this Do I self destruct when I hit 0 points ???? who knows ???? thanks for the help
