changes of settings in OE

I use a cyrix 233mhz system with win98se operating system,
IE6 version 6.00.2600.0000.

In the outlook express I have set for each of my accounts
the server information in respect of incoming and outgoing
mail servers say 202.54.6.35 and 202.54.6.35 respectively.
On the next day, When I start the OE to see my mails, I get
an error message. When I go into the
tools/accounts/properties, I
find the entries in respect of the incoming mail server is
changed
from “202.54.6.35” to “localhost” and my account name is
appended with the incoming mailserver code(202.54.6.35)I
had given earlier.

Every day I have to change the settings to download my mail.
I don’t know what changes I have to make to avoid this.
Can any one help me?
