Cisco 2610 router problem when making lo

We setup two Cisco 2610 router in our office recently. One has an ISDN card (one ISDN port) and the other one has a four ISDN ports module. Both can work well when they’re configured to make local ISDN call to each other. But when we moved one to other city and changed their configuration to make long distance call, they don’t work. One displays messages like “received host_proceeding call ID XXXX; recieved. If there is specail requirement for Cisco 2610 to make long distance ISDN call, such asthe phone no (we just put the area code before the phone no just like making normal telephone call). Any suggestions will be appreciated very much
