Cisco — Bridge ID

I am studying for the CCNA and I am struggling with identifying the lowest bridge id. I thought it was governed by the lowest MAC address if all switches have the same priority of 32,768. I know this governs the Root bridge but this doesnt seem to be the case with designated and non designated ports.
