Citrix and “Thin Client” Computing

I have just made management grade as the Outsourced IS MAnager for a 500 user site with Citrix as it’s main IT backbone – I need to ramp up real quick, would appreciate pointer’s for any info that could help, especially with Cluster exoerience…….
