Citrix – How can I speed it up

My users are complaining that CITRIX is slow. I noticed that when I log on to the internet like now or at hotmail I can type as fast as I want and there is very little lag. However, sometime when I am logged onto the Citrix server with the same connection it is slow and can’t keep up with my typing. Outlook takes a long time to open. I have a new Dell server with multiple CPU’s and a whole lotta RAM 1.5 GB. The performance monitor on the server show the CPU usage is low overall. My clients are on DSL lines coming into a T1 line at the main office. Virus software is off on both. What are some things to do that will enhance the speed of Citrix???
