Com Ports

where did they go? I have them active in the BIOS, however, they aren’t live? I am using an IBM 300PL, with windows NT on board. I have gone through the devices, services, and through Ports in the Control Panel. I can’t seem to get them active!I have a router to program and I need my ports! Help!
