Compaq EVO D500 CMT randomly reboots

We have a Compaq EVO D500 Convertable Mini-Tower that randomly reboots. The user has reported that problem happens when in Excel or when printing or when opening PDF files and sometimes in lotus NOTES mail. But it happens mostly when printing. The power supply has been replaced.

any suggestions!!!
