Compaq SmartStart !MDG00EA.CFG Wanted

I am configuring a Compaq Proliant 2000 server for a customer. I am using SmartStart 5. I have erased the system configuration and have installed Windows NT server with SmartStart. When I press the F10 key on start up I can display the devices. It has a Madge Smart 16/4 Ringnode EISA Token Ring card in slot 2. But it is not being recognised. When I tried to configure it, at one point I was prompted for a driver named: !MDG00EA.CFG. I cannot find this on the Compaq web site or at Madge or the Internet. I have contacted Compaq and they said that I must get it from Madge. Madge have not replied to my request. Can anyone please supply this?
