Compumaster Seminars….. Worth it?

I got a flier for a “Mastering Internet & LAN Security” 2 day seminar from CompuMaster. I don’t have any experience with CompuMaster and am not sure it will be worth the price tag. The topics and hands on labs look like exactly what I need. Does anyone have any experience with CompuMaster courses? What was your experience like? Was it worth the money? Are they geared towards network professionals or newbies? Gotta have some back up info before I ask the company to shell out the cash!
