Computer Boot Up

I replaced the motherboard in my computer. When powered on only the fans come on. No beep recognizing my video card, nothing showing on my monitor. All instructions in motherboard book were followed. Disassembled and reassembled 3 times checking connections. Still nothing? Help me please.
