computer drives don’t read

I recently purchased a 100 gig hard drive. That is not the problem YET. I had my drive devided into three partitions.4 gigs in each partition.( 12 gig harddrive.) c,d, and e.Presently, ONLY c drive is being read. at 4 gigs. I can’t find d or e driveand the other 8 gigs. I have win 98 on c and xp on d. What I want to do is get all the info from c,d, and e,and copy all to the new drive…..with the xp o/s. Can anybody help?
