Computer Freeze

I just bought a Systemax 1.0Ghz AMD Athlon Computer system through AS SEEN ON TV PC and it freezes up quite a bit. It doesn’t do it during any particular program but does seem to do it most often while I am on the internet. When it freezes I can’t do anything except hit reset. Any suggestion to fix or even find problem?
