Computer searches for uninstalled driver

I had a Calcomp digitizer tablet connected to my computer. After I uninstalled and disconnected it every time I start my computer – blue screen w/ message “computer can’t find the Calcomp driver hit return to continue”, So I continue but it is annoying.
How do I remove the search for that driver?
