Computers without computers

I would like to know if I can do all my work in cyberspace wwithout having to have a computer.
Is there a system on the intenet that I can actually do all my drawing design,word processing and spreadsheets and downlods from other sites on the web withou having to have the speed and software on a personal computer.
I would still have a slower computer station but all the work and downloads would take place on cyberspace.That is any software I would be wanting would be at the site not on my computer working at high speed.

Is this possible
