Conection Window

The internet connection window keeps popping up all the time when you try to do something. It gets annoying. It even does it when your not doing anything on the net. Or when you reboot, it pops up on the desktop and stays there until you close it out. I’ve taken the connect automatically check mark out. But it still does it. Any suggestions?
