Conference Room Mic

I’m looking for a ceiling mount conference room microphone. I’ve spent a couple of days looking but haven’t been able to really find anything. I need to be able to tie it in to a windows 7 box and a Mac for use with video conferencing. The conference room is approx 25’x15′ Does anyone know of a good mic that can function well in a room with bad acoustics?
