Printer won’t print in Brazil

I have a printer in Brazil a Tektronix Phaser340 that was working in another office but when moved it will no longer work, I can ping the porinter IP addressand all packets are successful but I send a test page to the printer and it goes into a “Printer busy or error” status and stays that way until I cancel the print job.
