configue optical disk drive on solaris

I have olympus 640MO optical disk drive and a media of mitubishi 640 optical disk which I am configure on solaris 2.6 and while using format i could see the drive but no matching is found when i select auto configure when i try to format using otheroption its give error of writting vtoc and aafter completion its again shows unfomatted
