Configuring Data side of T1

I have a lot to learn and a short time to learn in. I have to config the data side of a T1 connection to an existing 10/100 ethernet network using unmanaged autosensing hubs. Can anyone recommend a good book on setting up the CSU/DSU to network interface? I think I am going to have to go through a router, but with one? Or should I be looking at a Brouter? I sure would appreciate input from others with some experience in this area.
