Conflict between IE6 and Quark Xpress

I recently installed IE6 onto my computer and I’m running into a slight problem. Every time I open Quark Xpress 4.02 it crashes and says that Quark has caused an error in the file wspwsp.dll. Does anyone know what this file does or can point me inthe right direction? I’ve tried a variety of things such as reinstalling Quark from scratch, but I get the same error.
