Contact Management Plugin

Does anyone know of a good contact management tool (like Act or Goldmine) that can simply plug into Outlook. Outlook will do a lot, but not exactly what we need for contact management and reporting. Does anyone use Outlook as a contact manager, sharing info and journals? If so please post some information here. Thanks
