Content Advisor in IE 5.0

Dear all,

Recently I have a user who set a password in the Content Advisor(Internet Options). But she forgotten the password. Is there any ways which I can change the registry or do anything to lift the password or reset the password?

Right now the IE 5.0 is unable to browse or surf. When connected, it always stays at “about:blank”.
