…. my computer would freeze, it froze on these main applications, Tribes (a game), Diablo II( also a game), Prime95 a ‘factoring’ program used to factor HIGH prime numbers (it ONLY froze on prime95 IF i was connected to the internet…), and hmm… whenever i noticed my ram getting VERY low % (was using maxmemi program from analogx.com to watch my ram…),
comes to question 2, could there be a problem with my RAM, would it matter which slot i put it in,? could it have been dusty and i needto clean it off?… ok i guess that 2 3 questions in one but….
Question 3,
could the fact i have 3 HD’s, one primary IDE, 2 UDMA (on the UDMA controller) be a problem? when using the system disk to first install win98, it saw the c: drive as my old 6.4 gig drive (the one on Pri IDE…), now it see’s C: as the 45 gig,
