Controler Card Errors

Many of you have been following (or maybe not) my recent undertaking by answering my questions (thank you to those who gave intelligent responces).

I have gotten the motherboard configured and everything boots up It all works. Video an all… but…

With the one controller card I was going to use, I get a HDD controller error shortly after it tests the memory. With the other one that I had (that does work with that motherboard) I get both a Floppy Drive and HDD controller error. I can andwill add the specs for each card in use, or attempted use. In the mean time, what things could I try to get past this?
