Copying Program

Recieved a computer from a customer that had two partitions 1)fat C:2gb the other NTFS D:10gb. The only program that was on the NTFS partition was Lotus. In our enviroment we have to work NTFS. Copied the Lotus and other misc items from D: to C: converted to NTFS and expanded using partition magic. All is well except Lotus. Of course all associations point to D: Changing the associations through the registry would be an option, but… Is there any software or other means to direct the association from D: to C:
