Corrupt Wins

We are running NT 4.0 and have two Win Servers on two domains, databases are different. One Win Server didn’t update and tombstone the right way, but still have the machine as active but the date has expried. “The machine in question is the other machine’s PDC” Thus, anyone loginng to that domain can not authenicate. Is there a program that we can use to edit the Wins database. FYI, the backup is also corrupt.
