Corrupted Display

One of our PCs running WinME gets several controls corrupted. The normal ones are START, MINIMIZE|MAXIMIZE|CLOSE and the up and down scroll bar arrows. I have loaded the latest video card drivers, but that did not help. Right now the START buttonis nothing but fuzz. The only way to clear up I know is to reboot. Check boxes are also freqquently messed up.
