CPU Fan

I have a problem…I can not turn on my CPU Fan in the BIOS. It shows that my CPU temp is 145 F or 65 C…how can you turn on the fan? There is not an option in the BIOS to turn it on in there, it will not let me switch it around…says that it isdisabled. HELP!
