Creating a Mailing List

My boss wants a mailing list. We are using Exchange 5.5 with Nt 4.0. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I would accomplish this? I have done some basic search on the Internet and found a lot of useless information. If anyone has any sites that could help me I would greatly appreaciate it.
