data buffing using decision trees

This is a thesis that I am writting and I would like some contribution from all the IT pros out there. I would like it to be based on how decision tree algorythms can be used to reduce network latency and at the same time increase efficiency.

I believe lots of future technology might be based in the way we look at decision trees
