Data from One Hard Drive to Another…

To whom it may concern:
I currently have a 9 GB hard drive, which is very close to becoming completely full. I am in the process of purchasing a 20-30GB hard drive to create some more space for myself. One problem, how can I move all of the data from my current hard drive to my new one?
