dead mobo?

i turn the power on.. fans and cpu run… 15-20 seconds later hard drives go on… bios not loading, no beeps, no display… help?!

system was running previously no problems (i wouldnt say no problems, well it ran)

Abit ka7-100 mobo
AMD k7-950mhz
512MB memory
ATI all in wonder Radeon video
20GB and 100GB WD drives
SB live! 5.1 sound
winXP

removed all devices ran with just different video card and memory.. same result
