DEFRAGMNET

Just after normal scan disk I started defragment of my hard drive (c) but after a few seconds a notice appeared:-IDNO:DEFRAG0084. Some program has changed the contents of drive. Defrag can’t continue. Use thorough scan disk.
Any explanation will be of help.
