Deleted partition

I accidentally deleted the partition and installed XPPro on my main har drive. XP picked up the wrong 20 gig hard drive and I didn’t realize it until too late. Is there any way to get any files off of this drive prior to the partition being deleted.All of my Quickbook data was on this drive. Help!!!
