deleting e-mail in netscape browser

hi
i have tried to use the Help menu
but its not working. i have used netscapes
mail before and deleting e-mail was no problem.
now it just hangs up, and i have to use GO BACK
to return to normal page. and my 5mb of space
in netscape is fillngup in my netscape mail.
