Deskjet 2500C print problem NT4/Win2000

I am running a NT4 print server with both nt4 and win2000 clients. I have installed the nt4/win2000 driver for my deskjet 2500c. The problem is once a day the spooler system will not print any jobs to any printers. The system has to be rebooted torelease print jobs. I’m waiting on a response from HP. Any one else seeing this problem.
