WE HAVE A HANDSPRING VISOR THAT CONNECTS TO A LOCAL COMPUTER THRU PALM DESKTOP VERSION 3.0.1 AND IT JUST STOPPED CONNECTING TO THE DESKTOP – IT DOESN’T MAKE THE INNITIAL NOISE. WE TRIED PLUGGING IT IN TO THE OTHER PORT ON THE COMPUTER AND IT DIDN’TWORK. THEN WE TRIED PLUGGING IT IN TO ANOTHER COMPUTER THAT HAS THE SAME PRODUCT AND PROGRAM AND IT WORKED AND ASKED US TO SET UP A NEW ACCOUNT – WHY DOESN’T IT WORK ON THE ORIGINAL COMPUTER?
